The club requires a deposit to secure the reservation. A guarantee regarding the exact number of golfers and additional guests expected must be received by the Club at least 10 working days in advance. If necessary, the Club reserves the right to move any party to a more appropriate room.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We will need a 3 week notice to cancel the outing otherwise the initial deposit is non-refundable. Any Cancellation less than 3 days (72 hours) of any event will be responsible for the guaranteed number of guests.
DRESS CODE: Collared shirts are required. No blue jeans permitted.
ALCOHOL and SMOKING POLICY: Any alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Lindenwood. Outside Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted on the grounds or in the clubhouse. Smoking is also not permitted on the 2nd floor (banquet room floor level).
