The club requires a deposit to secure the space for all events.   A guarantee regarding the exact number of guests expected must be received by the Club at least 10 working days in advance.  If necessary, the Club reserves the right to move any party to a more appropriate room.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We will need a 3 month notice to cancel the function otherwise the initial deposit is non-refundable.  Any Cancellation less than 3 days (72 hours) of any event will be responsible for the guaranteed number of guests.

DANCE FLOOR: We have a dance floor however any party requesting an additional dance floor must sign a rental contract.

DRESS CODE: Collared shirts are required, No blue jeans permitted. 

ALCOHOL and SMOKING POLICY:  Any alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Lindenwood.  Outside Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted on the grounds or in the clubhouse.  Smoking is also not permitted on the 2nd floor (banquet room floor).
