We use white tablecloths with napkins in the color of your choice. You can choose to order your own linens, if you wish. We do a Buffet Style Menu. We will, however, serve the head table and will serve salads to the guests with dinner rolls on the tables.
Our Main Dining Room can accompany up to 180 people comfortably. The minimum number required for a wedding is 125 people.
The club requires a deposit to secure the space for all events. An estimate for the number of people is fine for initial planning. A guarantee regarding the exact number of guests expected must be received by the Club at least 10 working days in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We will need a 2 month notice to cancel the reception otherwise the initial deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation less than 3 days (72 hours) of any event will be responsible for the guaranteed number of guests. Balance is due the day of the function.
DANCE FLOOR: We have a dance floor however any party requesting an additional dance floor must sign a rental contract.
ALCOHOL POLICY: Any alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Lindenwood. Outside alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted on the grounds or in the clubhouse.
