Important Policies & Guidelines
Senior Specials are available to individuals born before 1965. Valid Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Dress Code: Men must wear a shirt with sleeves at all times. Collared shirts are preferred and appreciated.
Golf Cart Policy: All golfers and guests must be at least 18 years of age to rent or operate a golf cart.
Clubs Required: Each golfer must have their own set of golf clubs. Sharing of bags is not permitted.
9-Hole Tee Times are available after 1:00 PM on weekends and holidays.
Junior Golf Policy: Juniors playing before 1:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays must pay the adult greens fee. A discounted rate will apply to the cart fee.
A junior golfer is defined as someone under the age of 18 who has not yet formally graduated from high school.
Any individual 18 years or older, or who has quit or dropped out of school, is considered an adult for pricing purposes—but may not be eligible to rent or drive a golf cart.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol from outside is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Course Rotation Notice: Lindenwood reserves the right to adjust course rotations as it deems necessary. Specific nines cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: The credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will automatically be billed for no-shows.

Range Card
Key Features:
- Convenient Access: Use your range card directly at the ball machine — no need to stop in the Pro Shop, even when it’s closed. Keep it in your golf bag or wallet for easy use.
- Flexible Use: Works for both small, medium and large buckets of balls.
- Reloadable: Add value to your card anytime at the Pro Shop.
- Balance Protection: Lost or stolen cards can be replaced with the remaining balance transferred for a $10 fee per occurrence. Please report lost or stolen cards immediately. Replacement value is limited to the balance shown in our system at the time of reissue.
- Eco-Friendly: If you choose not to continue using your card, please return it to the Pro Shop for recycling.
Please note: Range cards are non-refundable due to the added bonus value provided at the time of purchase.
